From selection to success
Explore the path designed to propel your startup toward success. The journey begins with selecting high-potential startups and continues through developing a pilot with the RTA. Registration phase
Startups can apply to participate in the programme during the application window, which opens in early January and closes in mid-February. This phase invites startups to showcase their potential and readiness to join the ScaleUp programme.

Selection process
In this phase, the most aligning applicants will undergo 4 stages:
eligibility review, interview, final assessment, selection of 3 finalists
1st to 15th of Feb 2025
Onboarding to ScaleUp Mobility
The 3 selected startups will be announced in February, during UAE Innovation Month. These winners will officially join the ScaleUp Mobility programme, marking the beginning of their journey toward growth and impact in Dubai's mobility sector.
28th of Feb 2025
Acceleration programme
Startups will engage in a tailored acceleration phase, receiving personalized mentoring, access to RTA’s facilities, real-world testing opportunities, regulatory guidance, and participation in networking events.
This phase focuses on supporting in the development of the Pilot and opening doors to partnerships and business opportunities
March 2025 till May 2025
Closing ceremony
The program concludes with an event that showcases the achievements of the participating startups. This ceremony highlights the progress and impact made during the programme and marks the beginning of their continued growth journey.
June 2025
Exit strategies
The ScaleUp programme provides startups with pathways for post-program collaborations, potential equity investment opportunities, and long-term partnerships with RTA and other stakeholders to expand their growth and impact in the mobility sector.

Yes, all workshops in the ScaleUp Mobility programme will be conducted in English. Mentoring will also primarily be in English unless you are matched with a mentor who speaks a mutual language.

Yes, selected startups are required to stay in Dubai throughout the programme. This ensures participation in customized workshops designed by RTA specifically for each startup, as well as the opportunity to work on the pilot project within an RTA facility located in Dubai.
The ScaleUp Mobility programme focuses on startups with ideas that contribute to the future of mobility in Dubai. Only feasible concepts that align with RTA’s objectives for the near future will be selected, ideas unrelated to the mobility sector will not be considered.
